5 Minute Creamy Avocado Vinaigrette


  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1/4 C. White Wine Vinegar
  • Juice of 1 Lemon or Lime
  • 3/4 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


In a food processor, combine avocado, lemon juice, vinegar, salt & pepper, run until smooth.

With the food processor running on low, stream in olive oil through the shoot until fully combined.

Store in mason jar, refrigerate, good for 3-4 days.
