Turmeric Latte


-1/4 tsp ground ginger (or fresh grated ginger)

-1 C. Milk of your choice (whole milk or coconut milk)

-1 pinch of black pepper

-1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

-1/2 tsp Turmeric

optional: coconut sugar or stevia to taste


-Warm the milk on a stove top (medium heat), once warm add all ingredients and mix well.
